Dear Peralta Colleagues, 

 

In May, I was pleased to announce the launch of the Peralta Classified Professional Symposia Series, "Strength & Synergy," for 2024-2025. We have an exciting and interactive day planned for our Summer Symposium: Reigniting Our Passion on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Merritt College.

 

We are honored to welcome Dr. Abdimalik Buul, Visiting Executive of Educational Excellence at the State Chancellor’s Office, as our keynote speaker. Dr. Buul is an inspirational and exceptional leader, and we are thrilled to have him join us. You won't want to miss his keynote address.

 

The symposium will feature engaging sessions on cognitive diversity, discovering personal thinking styles, and creating vision boards. This is a great opportunity to strengthen relationships across the college and district service center. Additionally, we will share details about our district-wide classified professionals’ book club and preview the upcoming fall and spring symposia.
