Our focus is on equity for online learners and deepening our understanding of global equity practices in virtual learning environments. 

Our conference will include three types of activities to mirror the scaffolded learning process from Peralta's Online Equity Training:
Day 1 LEARN
Propose a live or recorded PRESENTATION to share an equity strategy or equity initiative
Day 2 ANALYZE
Propose a live or asynchronous DISCUSSION about an equity topic
Day 3 BUILD
Propose a live WORKSHOP focused on increasing equity in our classes

Each webinar will be held from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm and will be followed by The After Party from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm, which will be a virtual discussion about the day's webinar topic.
