Berkeley City College's FBLA-PBL Business Club is happy to announce that applications for our HomeRun event are open. HomeRun is a Shark Tank-style event, where students can pitch their ideas to local business experts/investors and strike a deal!

 

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is currently running a business or has a concept they are working to bring to reality. Our contestants will be receiving consulting from PBL Officers and Advisors to prepare their proposals for our judges. In April, our contestants will be presenting their final concepts & businesses to the student body and our experts. Our top three contestants will win cash prizes totaling $1,000.

 

You can also participate as a logistics team member. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in event planning + leadership, and a pathway to become a club officer!
