The UC Berkeley Underground Scholars will be at Merritt College on Thursday 8/22/24 from 12-4pm.
They will discuss their program, which includes:
▪️ USI Transfer Cohort that supports formerly incarcerated & systems impacted students with their transfer application to Cal
▪️ BUS Ambassador Program which hires and trains dozens of ambassadors at community colleges throughout the state each year. This paid opportunity trains students in public speaking, policy advocacy, among other leadership skills.
▪️ Cross-Enrollment Courses at UC Berkeley (while a community college student) with Underground Scholars
College of Alameda is thrilled to welcome you to the Fall Semester with an exciting Welcome Week packed with resources, delicious food, and plenty of fun!
The Bond Measures Oversight Committee (BMOC) will meet on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in-person at the Peralta Community College District boardroom at 333 East 8th Street, Oakland, CA 94606, and via Zoom.
