Founded in 1965 as a class at Merritt College, Prometheus Symphony Orchestra became an independent not-for-profit organization in 1979 with an all–volunteer ensemble

Please join Laney College's Ethnic Studies Department, Communities United for Restorative Youth Justice (CURYJ) and East Side Arts Alliance for two special Film Screenings :

Lakota Nation vs. The United States

and

Shellmound 

Panel discussions, including members of the film team and local indigenous leaders, will follow film screenings.
