The Peralta Online Equity Rubric was developed at the district prior to the pandemic, which drove instruction online. The Equity Rubric is used around the world, and by the UC system closer to home, to help design equitable online classes. The thought leadership that went into creating the Equity Rubric continues with the annual Peralta Online Equity Conference, now in its fourth year. Chancellor Tammeil Gilkerson gave the keynote address on May 1st.  Special thanks to Chelsea Cohen, Didem Ekici, Kevin Kelly, Tina Vasconcellos, Inger Stark, and all those involved in organizing the Peralta Online Equity Conference, which had 740 attendees from all over the world.
