The Peralta Community College District (PCCD) has partnered with the Alameda County Public Health Department (ACPHD) to provide free COVID-19 vaccinations for Peralta students, employees, and their families. ACPHD has selected Clayworth Pharmacy to administer the free Moderna vaccinations.
The first dose will be given on the Laney College campus on Monday, June 7, with slots available from 10am to 1:30pm. The specific location on campus is still to be determined and we expect to confirm details later this week.
The second dose will be given on the Laney campus a month later, on Wednesday, July 7, with slots available from 10am to 1:30pm. When you register for the first dose, you are automatically signed up for the second one too.
To reserve a spot, please visit https://www.primarybio.com/r/clayworthvaccine and provide the requested information (name, phone & email contact info, and home address).
It is a quick process to sign up. Clayworth Pharmacy is administering several clinics, which you’ll see on the landing page. The last step of the registration is to choose your location, so please choose “Laney College.”
We currently have 150 vaccination slots available on a first registered, first-served basis, with the opportunity to expand to 300 slots upon demand. If the demand exceeds 300 people, we will work with ACPHD to add clinics potentially at the other colleges. Don’t wait though. If you want the vaccination, sign up now!
