Berkeley City College student Marku Lechuga shares his positive experiences and the support he's received from the Puente Project, a program aimed at helping Latinx students succeed in college.

"I'm part of the Puente program here at the college. Puente is a college help program for Latinos like first generation, second generation just whoever needs help. If you just need help in college, Puente is good for that. At Berkeley City College, I've had a really good experience. People have been really supportive and really helpful. I've always had a tutoring option for my classes. I really appreciate it because sometimes I just need that help. I found myself enjoying my time here more than I thought I did. I found myself having a lot of fun at Berkeley City College."
