Starting today, August 17, you can get live, drop-in technical support from a real person on Zoom; no appointment needed. Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm.
For the first two weeks of the semester, we're also offering extended Saturday support:
- Saturday, August 22: 9am - 1pm
- Saturday, August 29: 8am - 1pm

How it Works
- Click the Zoom link or scan the QR code above during support hours; no appointment or ticket needed.
- Wait briefly in the lobby. A team member will admit you, usually within a few minutes.
- Share your student ID and describe the issue. We'll talk you through the fix via screen share. Admissions & Records staff are part of the support team, so registration, records, and enrollment questions can be answered live. Requests that need official A&R processing are connected directly to the A&R office.
