On November 1, 2022, Peralta Community College District (PCCD) Bond Program hosted its 6-Month Look-Ahead for 2022-2023 upcoming construction projects in the PCCD Measure G Bond Program.
Interim Chancellor, Dr. Jannett Jackson, provided the official Welcome. Interim Vice Chancellor of the Department of General Services, Atheria Smith, presented the bond program overview, and PCCD Interim Executive Fiscal Director, Dr. Marla Williams-Powell shared “How to do Business with PCCD”
AECOM Program management team: Keith Kajiya, Program Manager, and Shonda Scott (360 Total Concept) highlighted upcoming Capital Program projects funded by voter-approved Measure G and the small local business commitment.
During the welcome, PCCD Interim Chancellor, Dr. Jackson, expressed the District’s gratitude to the voter community who helped make these projects possible, and the District’s commitment to enhancing its small, local business participation.
The overall presentation highlighted the Bond Program’s current funding and expenditures to date for all four campuses, Pre-Qualifications and CUPCCAA, and the program's continued plan to engage Small Local Businesses to increase participation.
