International student Mussie Tariku shares the enriching and numerous opportunities he has encountered at Laney College. Through his journey, Mussie has embraced the vibrant campus life and the supportive community that Laney offers, allowing him to grow both academically and personally.

I have been given a plethora of opportunities from the free pantry to the Counseling Department to the Tutoring Center, and the people here have had the opportunity to work with almost every department. I can honestly say that Laney has been my home away from home."
